About Us

What is Amani?

Amani means love and the most beautiful girl and is the middle name of our daughter, Paris.  The flower is Chrissy's birth month flower and the colors we use are those present in the sunrises and sunsets here at the brewery.

Our Why

At Amani Brewing we value craft products, community-driven activities and our environment.  We believe that life is a journey, not a destination.  Loving what you do and doing what is right are part of our core principles and we are always striving to do better.  We value our customers and employees and consider all of you family.  Everything we do is focused on an exceptional product and experience.

sustainability at amani brewing

At Amani, we value the environment and sustainability practices.

- All knock out water is recaptured in our HLT and used for cleaning and the next brew.

- All grain is recycled as food for the cows next door.

- All grain bags are recycled at our local recycling center.

- All aluminum, plastic, glass, cardboard and paper waste is recycled at our local recycling center.

- We use all glass for serving beers so no additional plastic waste is generated.

- Our dishwasher recycles its wash water as many times as possible.

- Our RO machine recycles the waste water and is the lowest waste ratio available on our scale.

- All of our brewery waste, cleaning and sanitizing water is captured and taken to the county waste water       treatment to be  recycled as drinking water.

Adopt A Highway Club

The Amani Brewing team has recently adopted a highway local to the brewery!  We send out a team of our employees each month to clean up trash on Ropp Drive and Harlan Springs Road.
